Buy a car then a home
What do u think? Is it more logical to got a car first then a home. But I think it will be better to have a home den a car. But u will be thinking den why I get a car first? Hmmm... It has always been my passion to own a car. Now the dream have come true. However, it has its pros and cons. Advantages are that I can sleep later and work longer. I can ferry bb to and from her school. The good thing is no more mid night cab. Needless to say, I have to pay a lot for this.
I have to save more from now and stop being thiftly. I planning more things ahead and I need MORE cash. God let me strike toto or lottery. HaHa!!!
